How can I become happy?

At present I follow the course 'The art of living'. The course is based on the work of Sonja Lyubomirsky. She has done a lot of research on happiness. She found that 50% is determined at birth. 10% of a person's luck is determined by the circumstances. 40% can be influenced by exerting sustainable happiness activities like:

 

1) Showing Gratitude

2) Cultivating Optimism

3) Not worrying or exerting social comparison

4) Being friendly

5) Cherishing social relationships

6) Learning to cope with setbacks

7) Learning to forgive

8) Strengthening 'flow' experiences

9) Enjoying life

10) Striving for your goals

11) Practicing faith / spirituality

12) Caring for your body
