Cultivate optimism

The second activity for sustainable happiness is to cultivate optimism. Look on the bright side. Have confidence in the future. God says in the bible: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11)

Show gratitude

Count your blessings. Marvel at all the beautiful and good people and things that come your way. Appreciate. See the bright side of life. Feel rich. Thank God and / or people. Be pleased with people. All these things makes you immediately feel better. It's just what you focus on you. And what you focus on, you decide yourself!
